Cast Iron Bath Feet
It is very important to fit the feet carefully and correctly on your new
cast iron bath
.
Bath feet are normally labelled and should be fitted in the correct position.
The bolt holding the foot should be tightened carefully - but just finger tight.
You then 'push - in' your bath foot so that it achieves best fit against the side of your bath, but constantly keeping the two mating surfaces together as shown by the arrows in the image below.
Once this is achieved you can then just 'nip' the nut tight with a suitable spanner.
