The Team at UKAA have been so helpful and we’ve been massively impressed by their levels of support and customer service throughout the buying process and then long after it (supporting us greatly after we had an accident with our table!). We love our bespoke zinc topped table and it’s a unique offering the Team provides in terms of quality and service. Would definitely recommend them. 👍🏻

Really happy with our traditional radiator and all the fittings, the team were so helpful in making sure we ordered what was needed. This radiator is so resilient and gives off great heat and just looks the part !

Really pleased with both the cast iron radiator and the excellent customer service from UKAA. We had the Carron Victorian cast iron radiator in satin black with pewter accessories. Only tip I would give is not to mix the make of accessories, we had to have an Arroll radiator bleed nipple as they did not have one in pewter in the Carron range and there is a difference in colour. The thistle design wall stay gives it a nice added touch. The black looks elegant and compliments our woodburner. UKAA were great and responded quickly to emails, they even stored our radiator until we were ready for delivery whilst we finished the renovations to our dining room. Will definitely buy our next cast iron radiator from them!
