The team at UKAA have just commissioned this fantastic table top made using reclaimed vintage parquet flooring.
The wooden parquet used for the table top has been salvaged from a public building in Scotland and is circa 1920.
We have used a traditional herringbone pattern in the parquet and this has been framed by a handmade wooden surround.
This piece has been handmade bespoke so any size can be made, we can also make by hand wooden table bases to suit.

Earlier this week the team at UKAA received this fantastic photograph from one of our happy customers.
They recently purchased some reclaimed Victorian pine floorboards from our salvage yard and antique shop in Cannock Wood.
The boards were lightly sanded once installed then received a couple of applications of Osmo oil.
As you can see from the image below they look stunning and bring a period touch to this character property.

At UKAA we have recently reclaimed over 700 original 1970's skittles from a local bowling alley.
These reclaimed vintage skittles are ideal to use as a quirky retro door stop and are a perfect gift idea.
The salvaged skittles have marks on them from years of strikes, doubles and spares.

Our skilled team here at UKAA have fully refurbished a rare original Coalbrookdale cast iron base.
They have crafted a bespoke top for the base to suit the natural characteristics through the unusual detailing on the corners.
The base has been repaired in the past yet this does not detract from its elegance as you can see below.
This eye catching table would be perfect this summer to socialize around.

Over the last few days we have very busy selling our Original Reclaimed Floorboards, so we felt we should let you know how we salvage, sort and store our floorboard that we feel sets us apart.
We only have in-stock floorboard that have been vigorously sorted so all nails have been removed and only the very best boards make the grade.
Before each order is dispatched we re-sort the boards and measure each by the inch with us discounting and chalking lengths that we would not be happy for you to pay for.
The floorboards that we stock vary continously, with widths usually in stock from 4 - 10" in tongue and groove and square edged. However our website is always up to date so please keep an eye out for updates.
