They are a True Classic British Antique, and we have provenience of where all our boxes come from.
We fully refurbish the Post boxes here in our Staffordshire Workshop, all the flaky paint is removed, they then go on to being painted in primer before have two top coats of Johnston’s Exterior Post Office Red Gloss.

Here at UKAA we have just sold a very rare George 5th pillar box to a customer in the USA.
This fabulous pillar box has been lovingly restored by our craftsman here in our Staffordshire workshops, this one in particular has the original post office sign on top.
We have had a crate specially made for the pillar box to protect it on its long journey to the USA, our shippers have been shipping all of our antiques safely worldwide for the last 15 years.

Here at UKAA we have just received this fantastic photograph from a happy customer of an antique original Edward 7th Pillar Box.
A national antique, the British post box is perfect to add character to any property or home and are a great investment.
All our Royal Mail post boxes have been in service with the Royal Mail and are traditional British items, some even date back to Victorian times.
The post boxes and pillar boxes are becoming extremely popular as special Birthday and Anniversary gifts.

Rufus our little Irish Terrier and his girlfriend Morag (Staffie Cross, who came down with Jamie and his wife Monica) are seen here sheltering in the office with Becky and Danielle from all of the horendous weather today:
Fortunately for them as Daniel, Paul and I were working outside on restoring some old Pillar Boxes, a Victorian Fire Surround and hand building a Copper Topped Table these two little dogs were cosying up on one bed keeping warm!
I will be adding some videos soon to show you our handy skills and find out what makes UKAA different when it comes to hand building bespoke items for our customers needs- keep your eyes peeled!
