• This is made of cast iron.
• The bottom step to the top landing step measures: 88 ½" Tall.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ½".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53".
• The center pole measures: 91" Long plus 38". (Two seperate pieces)
• Reclaimed from Ledbury.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in it's component parts.
