• This is made of cast iron.
• The 13 steps measure: 8" each.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ½".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53".
• The centre pole measures: 153 ¼" Long.
• This spiral is one of two brought from the same property (Ref:8889). Both the same design.
• Reclaimed from London.
• This is ready for a top coat of paint.
