• Old Reclaimed White Cast Metal Spiral Staircase & Balcony Rails
• This is made of cast alloy - which is structurally as sound as iron but easier to handle.
• The 11 steps have a rise of 8" each.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 24 ¾".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 49 ½".
• The pole measures: 120" Tall plus 3" finial.
• All new threaded bar, nuts and washers fitted.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
• This was reclaimed from Newport.
