• Reclaimed Tall Cast Iron Spiral Staircase
• This is made of Cast iron
• The 19 steps have a rise of 7⅞" each
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 24"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 48"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
• This was reclaimed from a Joiners workshops in London
• This spiral is Circa 1880
• The spiral was made by Hayward Brothers Union St Borough London
• The hand rail will need welding at the joints to make it into one piece - this is done when it is installed and it is in position. There are 19 steps plus the top landing plate and there are 19 spindles plus the bottom step large spindle.
