• This is our first straight staircase, a fantastic piece.
• This is made of cast alloy - which is structurally as sound as iron but easier to handle.
• This measures: 58" Floor to floor.
• Measures: 105" from front to back x 40 ½" Wide Max x 105" Max Height.
• Internal width is 34".
• The landing plate balcony rails measure: 43 ½".
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
• This was reclaimed from a private property in London.
