- Reclaimed Decorative Cast Iron Spiral Staircase
- Made from Cast Iron, this has a very unusual decorative spindle design which we haven't seen before.
- There are 10 steps.
- Floor to floor measures: 80 ¾" Tall.
- All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
- All of the nuts and bolts are included.
- The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 24".
- This gives an overall maximum diameter of 48".
- The pole measures: 104" Long (including ball finial).
- The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
- The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
- There are 10 extra spare spindles which can be used for balcony rails, they measure 32" Long.
- The first step has had on old repair which is super solid.
- Made by Hotchkiss Eastbourne.
- This was reclaimed from a private property in London.
