• This is made of cast alloy by Cottage Craft Spirals.
• There are 13 steps in total - The white landing plate does slightly hang over the next step down please see photos. This is how it was reclaimed.
• Floor to floor measures: 104 ¾" Tall.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 26".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 52".
• The pole measures: 148" Long including ball finial.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
• This was reclaimed from a private property in London.
