• The 10 x balcony rails measure: 37 ¼" Tall.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 23 ½"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 47"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
• This was reclaimed from a property in Wiltshire.
