• There are 13 steps including the landing plate.
• Floor to floor measures: 104" Tall.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.

• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ½".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53".
• The pole measures: 146 ¾" Long (plus 2 ¾" finial).
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The 18 x balcony spindle's measures: 41 ½" Tall.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
