• Made from Cast Iron.
• There are 12 steps including the landing plate.
• Floor to floor measures: 99 ½" Tall.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ½".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53".
• The pole measures: 142" Long (including ball finial).
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
• The balcony measures 36" Tall x 25" Long.
