• Included is approximately 8ft of balcony handrails and spindles - see images below
• The 13 steps have a rise of 8⅛" each
• All of the nuts and bolts are fine and ready to fit
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 20½"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 41"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral has been taken completely apart ready to be delivered in its component parts
