• The joists have been cut in half to leave the worn look on top
• These are sawn from old Victorian joists that have been reclaimed
• You may decide to sand them again once fitted - this depends on the look that you are trying to create
• There are old nail holes, knot holes and shakes in the timber - this is over 100yrs old
• We have measured 20 boards and the average size is 8" wide & ¾" thick
• The boards all measure between 4ft and 11 ½ ft long (most are 8ft long)
• For the advertised price you will receive the timber in the random lengths as it is on the racking- we cannot give you all the long pieces or all of the short pieces - your lengths will vary
