• This is made of Cast iron
• The 14 steps have a rise of 7⅛" each
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 42"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 7ft
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
• This was reclaimed from Nottinghamshire
• This spiral is Circa 30yrs old
• The balcony pieces measure approx 45" - 40" - 58" - 67" long
• There are 42 balcony spindles
