- This is made of cast alloy - which is structurally as sound as iron but easier to handle.
- The 12 steps measures: 8" Tall (Each).
- All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
- All of the nuts and bolts are included.
- The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 24".
- This gives an overall maximum diameter of 48".
- The pole measures: 141" Long (including ball finial).
- The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
- The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
- Large landing plate and balcony rails.
