Large Victorian Turret Clock and Pendulum
This is a very rare and very large Victorian turret clock that has been reclaimed from an old mill in Yorkshire
It is a double frame clock, sometimes referred to as chairframes.
A turret clock of this size is rarely seen particularly with its original pendulum, hands and lead weight.
This tower clock is made by Blakeborough of Keighley (Circa 1894) and is shown with Danielle to give you a sense of its shear size.
It is a large two train movement and comes complete with all its workings as shown below in the photographs.
The overall measurements of the turret is 42 ½" Wide x 40" Tall x 24" Deep
The minute hand measures from the centre to the tip 23 ¼" and the hour hand measures 16 ½"
