• Decorative Victorian cast iron spiral staircase.
• Made of cast iron.
• 12 steps including landing step measure 104 ¼" floor to floor.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ¾".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53 ½".
• The landing plate measures: 53 ½" Long x 39 ½" Wide x 37" Tall balcony spindles.
• The centre pole measures: 139" Overall.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
