- This has an industiral style to it.
- Made of cast iron.
- 12 steps including landing step measure 96" floor to floor.
- All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
- All of the nuts and bolts are included.
- The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 24 ½".
- This gives an overall maximum diameter of 49".
- The centre pole measures: 109 ½" Overall.
- The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
- The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
