- All of the nuts and bolts are included.
- The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 27".
- This gives an overall maximum diameter of 54".
- The center pole measures: 94" Tall (Excluding spindle which screws on top).
- Balcony rail measures: 38" Tall.
- Reclaimed from Essex.
- There are old repairs which have been done - however this spiral is structurally sound.
