- Made of cast iron.
- The steps measures: 8 ¼" Tall (Each).
- 13 steps including landing step measure 107 ¼" floor to floor.
- All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
- All of the nuts and bolts are included.
- The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 30 ¼".
- This gives an overall maximum diameter of 60 ½".
- The landing plate measures: 73 ¼" Long x 41 ½" Wide.
- The centre pole measures: 148 ½" Overall.
- The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
- The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
