• This is made of cast iron.
• The 15 steps have a rise of 8".
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 30".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 60".
• The center pole measures: 123" Long plus 41 ½". (Two seperate pieces)
• A very large curved balcony with 37 spindles is included.
• Made by Safety Stairways.
• Reclaimed from Reading.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
