- Made from Cast Iron.
- There are 13 steps including landing plate.
- Floor to floor measures: 103 ¾" Tall.
- All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
- All of the nuts and bolts are included.
- The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 23 ¼".
- This gives an overall maximum diameter of 46 ½".
- The pole measures: 127" Long.
- The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
- The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
- This was reclaimed from a private property in London.
