• Made from Cast Iron by Hayward Brothers - London.
• There are 13 steps.
• Floor to floor measures: 103" Tall.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 33 ½".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 67".
• The pole measures: 126 ½" Long plus spindle 36 ½".
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
• This was reclaimed from a private property in London.
• The handrail attaches by pins in the spindles, you will need to then spot weld in place.
