  • This is made of cast alloy - which is structurally as sound as iron but easier to handle
  • The 12 steps have a rise of 8 ¼" each
  • All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
  • All of the nuts and bolts are included
  • The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 33 ½"
  • This gives an overall maximum diameter of 67"
  • The two balcony rails measure 32" long and 51" long x 36 ¾" Tall
  • The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
  • The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
