• Cast Metal Spiral Staircase With Balcony and Railings
• This is made of Cast Metal - an alloy as strong as Iron but lighter
• There are 13 steps in total - The first step is 7 ¾" tall the remaining 12 steps are 8" tall
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 27"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 54"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
• Circa 1970

• One railing is 57" long and the other one is 31" long
