• This is made of cast alloy - which is structurally as sound as iron but easier to handle
• The 14 steps have a rise of 8 ¼" each
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 29"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 58"
• The large landing plate measures 45" x 37"
• The larger balcony rail measures 47" Tall x 37" Wide - The L shape measures 18" Wide
• The smaller balcony rail measures 39" Tall x 37" Wide
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
