- This is made of cast alloy - which is structurally as sound as iron but easier to handle.
- The spiral measures from floor to floor 92".
- All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
- All of the nuts and bolts are included.
- The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 33".
- This gives an overall maximum diameter of 66".
- The pole measures: 122" Long (including ball finial).
- The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
- The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
- The balcony measures: 34" Long.
- This was reclaimed from a private property in Leicestershire.
