  • Cast Iron Spiral Staircase with Two Top Handrails
  • This is a lovely ornate reclaimed Cast Iron Spiral Staircase with 12 steps
  • The overall height from bottom step to the top of the top step is 100"(approx) plus on top of this would be your first floor covering ie floorboards
  • All of the nuts and bolts are fine and ready to fit
  • The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 24"
  • This gives an overall maximum diameter of 48"
  • The two top handrails measure 42" long & 48" long
  • The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
  • The spiral has been taken completely apart ready to be delivered in its component parts - see the images below
