- Cast Iron Spiral Staircase - From Northumberland House London
- Reclaimed original cast iron spiral staircase
- We salvaged the cast iron spiral staircase from Northumberland House in London
- The 11 steps have a rise of 7¾" each
- All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
- All of the nuts and bolts are included
- This spiral is currently painted in grey primer, we have removed all of the old paint
- The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 27"
- This gives an overall maximum diameter of 54"
- The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
- There is some evidence of old repair work on the steps. This would of been done years ago. This does not casue and problems
