• The 13 steps each have a rise of approximately 8 ¼" each
• All of the nuts and bolts are fine and ready to fit
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ½"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53"
• Two balcony rails measure 38 ¼" tall x 50" long & 38 ¼" tall x 30" long
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral has been taken completely apart ready to be delivered in its component parts - see the images below
