Cast Iron Genuine ER II Pillar Box
A lovely original and genuine ER II Royal Mail Pillar Box - commonly known as the "Bullet" Pillar Box.
This pillar box has been fully restored by us at UKAA and is complete with original working chubb lock & keys and mail shoot as shown in the photographs below.
The letters and crown have been hand painted in the traditional gold paint as shown below.
Circa 1955
The Pillar Box measures 6ft Tall, of which 16" goes into the ground
The main body diameter is approx 19"
