• Reclaimed Black Cast Iron Spiral Staircase with Landing Plate
• This is made of cast iron.
• The 12 steps have a rise of 8 ¼" each the landing plate measures 7 ½" tall.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 20 ½".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 41".
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in components.
