• Antique White Cast Iron Spiral Staircase & Landing Plate
• This is made of cast iron.
• The 13 steps have a rise of 8" each.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 30 ¼".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 60 ½".
• The center pole measures: 109" Long and the balcony measures: 72" Long x 32 ½" Wide x 33" Tall.
• The spindles have had new M12 threaded bar with nuts and washers.
• Made by Hayward Brothers Union Street Borough, London.
• Reclaimed from Norwich.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in it's component parts.
