• Reclaimed original cast iron spiral staircase
• Excellent early spiral staircase now ready to go
• The 13 steps have a rise of 7¾" each
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• This spiral is currently painted black - and is nice and clean it will just need recoating with paint once it is fitted
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 24"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 48"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The distance from the workshop floor to the top of the top step is 8ft 6" (2.6m)
• The spiral was reclaimed from Leicestershire
• The spindles are actually set in lead sockets, this just shows the quality of this item
