• Antique Revolving Summer House made by Boulton and Paul
  Partially Restored
• This is an original and very rare partially refurbished Revolving Summer House made by the famous Boulton and Paul
• We were in the middle of restoring this original revolving summer house when a customer bought it from us without it being advertised; we have replaced the felt on the roof and the lead ridge
• The summer house revolves on its original wrought iron wheeled base to face the sun or shelter from the rain!
• These are the rolls royce in terms of quality and craftmanship, with original door handles and window catches
• Circa 1920
• The Base is 8 ½ ft square
• The top seperates from the spinning base
• For planning permission issues, the crucial things are that it is not above 4m tall, the eaves height is less than 2.5m and it is not a permanent building.
• Please note the only elements of the restoration left are the top coats of paint inside and outside and to oil the original floorboards
