• This fantastic Cast Iron Stove is a very rare Tortoise model made by C.Portway.
• This Reclaimed Tortoise Stove is in fantastic condition and has been polished here at UKAA.
• We have never come across one on this large scale in such good condition and complete with the base plate and ashpan.
• The bottom flue of the stove is the adjustable air intake which can be controlled by hand.
• The stove measures 33" Tall.
• The top flue measures 4 ⅛" Diameter externally.
• The bottom flue measures 5 ¾" Diameter externally.
• The overall depth with ashpan is 27"
• We recommend this stove is fitted by a fully qualified HETAS Engineer.
• This Stove was only made in 1908 and 1909.
