A great example of an original antique white Carrara marble fire surround.
Lovely carved detailing.
Circa 1880.
The marble fire surround measures 47 ¾" Tall
The mantel shelf is 11 ¼" Deep x 64 ⅞" Long
The insert height is 38" (max) x 40 ¼" Wide.
Outside to outside leg maximum width is 62 ¾"
There is an old repair to the one leg this is structurally sound. Please see image.
The odd chip here and there, which commensurate with age.
Comes into 6 pieces for ease of transport and manoeuvring.
