  • Antique Coalbrookdale Fern and Blackberry Garden Bench
  • Purchased as it is from a private property in London
  • The owner had purchased the bench from Christies in 1988
  • The bench has been polished back to the bare metal and has been fitted with Oak Laths
  • The bench measures 5ft long and is 3ft tall x 22" deep
  • This model was included in the 1875 Coalbrookdale catalogue
  • Originally this bench was offered in green or chocolate - this model is on display in the Coalbrookdale Museum in Telford
  • The polished finish would tarnish if left outside, to maintain the polished finish outside the bench would need to be sprayed with a clear lacquer, which we could arrange for you
