• Excellent Antique Cast Iron Gothic Spiral Staircase
• This is made of Cast Iron
• The 13 steps have a rise of 7¼" each
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 23"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 46"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
• This was reclaimed from a property in Swansea
• This is Circa 1890
• There are a couple of spare parts included
• There are 4 spare spindles, they (along with the top hand rail) can be used to suit your particular landing.
• The gap between the spindles is 4" and the handrail is 38½" tall
