• Antique Cast Iron Spiral Staircase
• This is made of Cast Iron
• The 11 steps have a rise of 8" each
• All of the nuts and bolts are in fine working order and ready to fit.
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ½"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral has been taken completely apart ready to be delivered in its component parts as shown in the pictures below.
• The hand rail on this spiral has an optional protective cover which is included in the sale, it is shown clearly in the main image and in the image of the components
