A Reclaimed Fred White Turret Clock with Tune Barrel & Winding Jack
This impressive turret clock movement has been reclaimed from a private property in Oxford.
Signed and dated Fred White Maker - Besselsleigh Berks, 1865.
This is the first time we have had a turret clock with whats known as a 'Tune Barrel'.
This would have been used to play tunes on mulitple Church bells.
The blue frame measures: 52" Long x 14" Wide x 38" Tall to top of finials.
The Weight is 251 kg without the Winding Jack
