• Antique Victorian Cast Iron Spiral Staircase
• This is made of Cast Iron
• The 16 steps have a rise of 8⅛" each
• All of the nuts and bolts are included as shown in the picture on our yard
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 30½"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 5ft 1"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
• This was reclaimed from a property in St Neots Cambs
• This is Circa 1900
