• This is made of Cast Iron
• The 10 steps have a rise of 7⅝" each
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 33"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 66"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
• All of the nuts and bolts are fine and ready to fit
• Once installed the whole unit will need a quick rub down before it is undercoated then top coated in your choice of colour
• There are a couple of spare parts included - see the image below
• The handrail is not the normal type - it is very industrial looking with bolt heads along the top
