At UKAA we recommend that all cast iron radiators are fitted with wall stays/brackets to secure to the radiator to the wall and to prevent the radiator from coming over or disturbing the pipework.
As a general rule you will need one wall stay per 10 radiator sections, our online radiator builder will automatically enter the correct number of wall stays required for your radiators.

We sell two different types of radiator wall stays at UKAA, rear mounted (least visible and our personal favourite) or front mounted which come through the radiator and attached to the front.
The wall stay should be fitted near the top of the radiator for maximum holding strength.
