These lovely pots or copper coppers as they are also known were originally used for boiling water.
They make excellent planters for both indoor and outdoor plants. They can also be used to store coal by the fireside or even display your Christmas tree during the festive period.

Here at UKAA we have a large stock of reclaimed cast iron spiral staircases which are available for collection or delivery worldwide.
Cast iron spiral staircases are very functional and decorative, they add character to a period or modern home.
Spiral staircases were first created for use in castle towers, where their narrow winding shape was a fantastic defense against enemies who found it very difficult to navigate up the stairs. This meant that they were unable to storm the tower all at once instead having to travel up the stairs one by one.
Spiral staircases are very popular for their beauty and style. They are ideal space savers and perfect for loft conversions.

At UKAA we have recently reclaimed over 700 original 1970's skittles from a local bowling alley.
These reclaimed vintage skittles are ideal to use as a quirky retro door stop and are a perfect gift idea.
The salvaged skittles have marks on them from years of strikes, doubles and spares.

Here at UKAA we have a large selection of decorative antique finials and reclaimed wall caps.
Traditionally garden finials were found on period properties and stately homes but today are often used to decorate gateways and entrances.
Originally from the Elizabethan period gate finials were used to demonstrate the wealth of the family and often had elements of the family crest such as lions and eagles within the carvings.
Pineapples were also often used to show hospitality.
During the Victorian period ball finials both made from stone and terracotta were also very popular.
Currently we have a large selection of gate finials in stock including a range of vintage reclaimed ornamental Haddenstone piers and Chilstone capings.

Here at UKAA we have a large selection of traditional reclaimed antique bird baths which are perfect for gardens and patios.
Made from a range of materials such as portland stone, wood, sandstone, limestone and terracotta. bird baths can be used as a feature as well as being practical.

UKAA have just received this fantastic pair of Vintage Cast Iron Cannons;
These beautifully decorative Cannons are Circa 1960 and measure over 5 feet in length!
They are in excellent condition and are still able to pivot up and down.
