To make the most of this fantastic weather we are currently refurbishing a Boulton and Paul Revolving Summer House.
The Summer house arrived at UKAA a couple of weeks ago and we have been working on it ever since!
We have completely refurbished the revolving mechanism so the summer house easily rotates and the floor has been made sound.
The roof has been added and the next thing we need to do is to revamp the folding doors.
The biggest question is what colour to paint the outside!

We have just added this fantastic pair of Substantial Vintage Stone Lions to our website
These lions are made from reconstituted stone and weight over 250kg each!
The lions are over 50 years old and have an excellent patina, they have been stored outside so have gracefully weathered over time.
They are a pair, with a right and a left handed lion each with a paw resting on a ball.
We have photographed Kate out of the office next to the lions to demonstrate their impressive size.

To carry on the summer theme the team at UKAA have recently added an extremely rare Regency Wrought Iron Tiered Specimen Stand to our website
The stand is four tiered and is 3.3m in length by 1.04m in width, the item is in excellent condition
The item is circa 1820 and would of been hand made by an estate blacksmith from Wrought Iron and would of been used in the estates Orangery
We have sympathetically restored the specimen stand and painted in Farrow and Ball Calke Green.
