- The 11 steps measure: 8" each.
- The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
- All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
- All of the nuts and bolts are included.
- The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ½".
- This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53".
- The centre pole measures: 138" Long.
- Balcony measures: 29" x 30".
- This spiral is one of two brought from the same property (Ref:8888). Both the same design.
